20 YEARS OF COOKING, WINE AND HOSPITALITY
IN EVIDENZA: PIATTI D'AUTORE 2019
Ten renowned restaurants of the Confcommercio Astigiani Hoteliers and Restaurateurs Association will alternate from 6 to 15 September, presenting a dish - first or second - combined with the excellent wines of the area (Barbera d'Asti, Nizza, Dolcetto, Albugnano, Ruchè, Freisa, Grignolino, Nebiolo) offered by the Barbera d'Asti and Vini del Monferrato Consortium.
Following is proposed a sweet author designed for the occasion by pastry chefs of Confartigianato combined, from time to time, with a glass of sweet wine: Asti Spumante, Moscato d'Asti, Brachetto d'Acqui or Malvasia, offered by respective protection Consortia.
The exhibition is hosted at the headquarters of the Asti professional training agency and the hall service is entrusted to the students of the school with a view to favoring the innovation of the "teaching / learning" relationship, a relationship in which the didactic activity is carried out in the classroom it interacts with the experiences lived in work contexts, where students and teachers consolidate their knowledge, skills and competences and acquire new ones.
