20 YEARS OF COOKING, WINE AND HOSPITALITY

IN EVIDENCE: SIGNATURE DISHES 2017
The 16th edition of “Piatti d’Autore”, organized in cooperation with the HOTELIERS AND RESTAURATEURS ASSOCIATION ASTI (Ascom Confcommercio),  proposes  gala dinner menus, which are even richer than in the past.
The dishes,  first and second course,  cooked by  10 excellent restaurants of the province of Asti, are paired with the superb wines of the Douja d'Or. At the end a dessert created by pastry chefs, members of Confartigianato, who every evening will be the protagonist of a cooking performance.
Desserts and other delicacies will be served with a glass of Asti Spumante Docg offered by the Consorzio di Tutela and followed by a taste of Grappa offered by the Istituto Grappa Piemonte.
